Website Care subscription terms

Please read these terms before subscribing. Your separate website service agreement continues to apply to your project where relevant.

1. Price and ongoing billing

Website Care costs $9.99 USD per month. By subscribing, you authorize PayPal to charge your chosen payment method automatically each month until you cancel. PayPal processes subscription payments, and its applicable payment terms also apply.

2. Eligibility and included updates

Website Care is available only for websites built by Insidious Creative. Each paid monthly billing period includes up to 30 minutes of website updates, as needed, for the enrolled website. Typical requests include replacing text or images, adding information about a new release, updating a biography, or changing purchase and streaming links. This is a time allowance, not a promise of unlimited updates or an automatic monthly redesign.

3. Unused time and additional work

Unused included time expires at the end of the monthly billing period and does not roll over or accumulate. Additional work for subscribers is $10 per 15 minutes ($40 per hour), including eligible new pages and redesigns within the services we offer. For larger requests, we will provide an estimate and ask for your approval before starting, and check with you before exceeding an approved estimate. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.

4. Your content and permissions

You are responsible for providing the finished copy, images, artwork, links, instructions, and other materials needed for requested changes. You must own or have the rights, licenses, or permissions required for everything you provide and authorize Insidious Creative to use those materials for your website. Creating new content, purchasing licensed assets, or setting up and managing product catalogs is not included unless separately agreed.

5. Website access and third-party services

You keep ownership and control of your domain and hosting accounts and remain responsible for their charges and for third-party services, assets, and payment-processing fees. You must maintain the access Insidious Creative needs to perform updates. For Porkbun, Authorized User access is preferred; for other providers, delegated access is preferred where available. If access is revoked, passwords change, two-factor authentication blocks access, or other required permissions are unavailable, you must promptly restore access. Missing access or third-party outages may delay service; they do not pause or refund subscription billing, extend the included update time, or automatically cancel the subscription.

6. Canceling and payments

You may cancel your recurring subscription through PayPal. Cancellation ends future subscription charges according to PayPal's processing rules; it does not retroactively refund prior paid billing periods. Removing website access, sending an update request, or contacting us does not by itself cancel the PayPal subscription. If a payment fails, PayPal may retry it or suspend the subscription under the payment plan settings. Contact us about billing questions or any refund request.

7. Requests and communication

Submit update requests and materials through our contact page. Timing depends on the requested work, the completeness of your materials, access to the relevant services, and our workload. We will discuss extra charges or substantially different work before proceeding.
